Car Driving License Requirements in Pattaya Thailand
To get a Thai driving license for a car in Pattaya, you need to be at least 18 years old, possess a valid non-immigrant / tourist visa, and pass both a written and practical driving test. Foreigners can apply at a Department of Land Transport (DLT) office, often requiring an appointment.
