TOURIST VISA PATTAYA
Tourist Visa Thailand
A tourist visa allows a foreign national to enter a country for tourism, vacation, or visiting friends and family. The requirements, duration, and specific rules vary by country, but typically include a valid passport, proof of funds, a travel itinerary, and a completed application form. Many countries also have specific visa-exempt entry programs for certain nationalities.
Tourists holding a 60-day visa can apply for a 30-day extension, allowing a total stay of up to 90 days. Those who entered under the visa exemption scheme (initially permitted a 60-day stay) can also extend their stay by an additional 30 days.
It’s advisable to apply for the extension before your current visa or entry stamp expires. Applying a week in advance is recommended to avoid last-minute issues.
