RENEW MARRIAGE VISA PATTAYA

Marriage Visa Renewal Requirements in Pattaya Thailand

If you hold a Thailand Marriage Visa (the one-year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national, issued under the Non-Immigrant “O” category), you must renew it every year at your local immigration office. Pattaya Immigration handles this process for expats living in the area. Here’s how to renew it correctly and avoid delays.

Begin your renewal at least 30 to 45 days before your current permit expires. Pattaya Immigration reviews renewals as full re-evaluations, so it treats your application the same way it treated your original one. Give yourself enough lead time, since the process typically takes about three weeks to complete.

Pattaya Extension / Renewal Marriage Visa Requirements
